Etta Foster grew up in Maine and has studied Conservation Biology at the Boston University.

Her studies and adventurous spirit led her to meet the love of her life in Lovelock, Nevada.

She currently lives there with her rancher husband and their two teen daughters. She delights in writing about women who came also a century before her to find love in the West.

She got her first idea of a story while taking care of the horses with her loving husband. He was the one to push her not only in the actual riding, but in the exciting ride of writing as well.

Except writing, she enjoys making wooden handicraft artifacts with the help of her two daughters who by the way, exceed her.

Right now her daughters are teaching her how to connect with her readers!

The characters were compellingly charming and intriguing,the suspense surrounding them kept the imagination of the reader interested and intrigued.

I have read many of Western Romance, and Etta Foster is by far the best write in this genre I have come across. This book was one of the best I have read. The characters really draw you into their story .
I loved following Coralee's journey to a new place, meeting a manthat she herself never really spoke to. Then she meets the hardworking Gavin and their story begins. It was a lovely, adventurous, and clean story that I will definitely read again. I highly recommend this book.

Can’t believe the high star rating from other reviewers. A waste of 99p in my opinion. Gave it 2* just because she had written books and I haven’t. The author must be either very young or very old with rose coloured glasses.
I practically read this book by reading the first line of every paragraph as the remainder of each paragraph was drivel. Lots of unnecessary words.
Shirl Henke and Lorraine Heath do western romances far far better.
Will not be reading anymore by this author

I found that I really didn’t like Gavin very much. I only liked Coralee a bit more. I expected Jude and Claudia to face some kind of justice for their bad deeds. Viola was too sweet only showing gumption once. I found that adult women sticking their tongues out to be very juvenile and what is with all of the “smirking”? The story line was fine but there were too many irritating things to really enjoy it.
